The staff was very helpful and we were escorted to our site. When the tree next to our site had branches hanging too low the fellow who escorted us immediately went to get a tree trimmer and came back and trimmed the tree. The pull-through sites are a bit close (two feet separated our slide-out and the next door neighbor's slide-out) and share adjoining utilities; and if the park were full, it would be very difficult for big rigs to exit. While we don't have a dog, the fenced dog run was the biggest we have seen and very nice. The roads are dirt but they water them frequently to keep the dust down which was nice. The power and water pressure were adequate. We stayed under Passport America for five nights and Good Sam for one night so the price was the average per night.

This is a new membership campground for Resorts of Distinction and we only paid for 50amp each night. The water pressure was very low and we used our pump most of the time. The big rigs are put on the top where there are no trees but getting there was like threading a needle getting through the trees in the lower area. One fellow had to move his truck so we could maneuver around the trees to get out. It would be nice if the park cut several of the trees that make it too close to maneuver: there are big gouges in many trees where rigs have hit the trees turning corners. Since this park is close to Colorado Springs and all the exciting things to see in the area, it makes a good 'base camp' and we would probably stay here again when we are in the area.

This is a small campground and well cared for. They had just put down fresh gravel and the grass between each site had no weeds. When our slide hit some of the branches in the pine tree, I asked if we could trim it and they said 'yes'. I decided to 'check out' the restrooms and I was awestruck they were so nice! They were clean, all tile and huge for such a small campground-the very nicest we have seen in our full time travels of six years! We would definitely stay here again.

We had reservations as when I called they said they had only one site large enough for us. We were escorted to our site. When the fellow who escorted discovered we weren't told the site wasn't 50 amp, he came and offered to find us a different site. Since we were already set up and staying only two nights, we declined his offer but thought it very nice. The sites are mostly pull-through and well defined. The front of the campground has a pond with a small bridge, a wishing well and three benches that was very relaxing as we watched the sun setting. I gave it an 8 rating because the large pull through we were in needed more gravel and 50 amp. We would stay here again.

The fee is for the Passport America rate. The sites are all pull through and we had no trouble leveling. The water seemed soft and the wifi worked well. This is an overnight park although they have lots of interesting animals to view and a really nice playground/kid's area. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again.

Contrary to other reviews, we found the lady in the office very friendly and helpful. This is basically an overnight campground and it worked well for that. We enjoyed seeing antelope on the hill near the campground 'playing' the morning we left. We were surprised they were so close to civilization. The wifi worked very well. There is a pool but it hasn't had water in it for a long time! We would stay here again.

We attended a rally here (20 rigs) and this is a great campground for that. It is very well kept, has a friendly and helpful staff and a wonderful kitchen/clubhouse area. Great views of the lake across the street. We really liked the long (68') pull-thrus. We would stay again when in the area.

We came in on a five night 'tour special' as this is an ownership park. It is a very nice park with paved streets and everyday garbage pick-up at your site. It was very laid back and no pressure to purchase (which we did not). The owners we met were very friendly and welcoming. We were in a 70' pull-thru site and parked our car on the concrete pad. (coach and trailer were parked on gravel). It is very close to the new shopping center and only five miles from the center of LHC. The one negative we saw was the airport is directly north of the park and the planes land right over the sites on the east side of the park. Right now, not many planes land there but that could change in the future. We found LHC to far from any major cities (Las Vegas being the closest at 150 miles)for our needs. We stayed here in a motorhome.

This is a Passport America campground, and a good place for overnight and nothing more. We arrived late (8:30pm) after a long day but the owner was very accommodating and put us in three spots so we won't have to unhook our trailer. (All the pull thru sites were full.)

Very clean, well kept park with concrete pads and lush grass between sites. Each site has a picnic table and hook-ups well situated. We would definitely stay here again.

A great place to park and see the sights around Duluth. The aerial bridge is just three blocks away, and seeing (and hearing) the big ships come in and out of the harbor is awesome. Owner and his daughter are very personable and go out of their way to help. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a Passport America campground and a good overnight place. All the 50 amp sites were taken so we used the campground showers to avoid using diesel to heat our water. They were very clean and well kept. (We don't usually use the campground facilities.) We would overnight here again.

This is a membership park that they are working on to upgrade. The roads are very dusty and need to have pine oil put on them and some of the trees cut down (they have many marked for removal during the 'off' season) so big rigs can maneuver better. The water fall in the mini-golf course is a nice touch and they have lots to keep you busy. This is a destination park. We would camp here again.

This is a Passport America campground. Good thing I called ahead as they have very limited long pull thrus. The entrance is tight but do-able. The campground is very quiet and the owners are fixing it up nicely. We would camp here again.

Very large roomy sites on grass (70'x60'). Friendly owner and manager willing to help. We stayed under Passport America and when unforeseen circumstances forced us to stay longer than planned, they allowed us to stay at the PA prices. We would definitely stay again.

Great overnight park with paved streets and pads (70 pull throughs), free WiFi and very well kept. Didn't give it a 10 because it doesn't have a pool. Will stop again and spend more time the next time we're in the area.

Very well kept and neat. After someone left a site they came right over and raked the entire area. Close to ASU so great for visiting students.

A great park for overnight only. The sites are long and level with easy in and out. Also quiet as trucks are routed another way around town. Will stay again as we head south for the winter.

Nice overnight park, well kept with long enough pull-throughs to stay hooked up. Very clean restrooms.
